With the date 19 of August, [...] his Superior Excellency, the State Governor, has helped himself to my service by directing the following order to me.

“The Secretary of the HHonorablepermanent Delegation, dated the 16 of the current year has communicated the following to me. = Superior Excellency = The permanent Honorable Delegation, having conformed itself to the adjunct dictum that presented an intimate argument, regarding the [...] ingredient that the adjunct has also ordered me to remit to you so that he can determine, in his opinion, what the best [...] in justice is for this particular matter.= And the [...] to you copy of the two dictums that were given by the previously named permanent Honorable Delegation regarding the requests made by Goliad’s City Council accompanying him of which refer to the mentioned dictums so that the stipulations in them can be met by having deserved the

approval of this superiority and, lastly, that you can also make the referenced Goliad City Council be more restrained in its expressions when they direct themselves to the primary authority of the state, if they do not [...] then they must take precautions that will be disagreeable to them

And I transfer it to you for your information accompanied by an exact copy of the dictums referred to by the [...] communication so that [...] you can have it carried out, and procuring in the regular successive its conduct in the communications that are directed at the primary authority of the state.
