Stockholder in THE NEW YORK AND TEXAS LAND COMPANY, Limited,
DO HERE BY MAKE, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT IRA H. EVANS, WILLIAM E.
BOND, or_____my lawful ATTORNEY and PROXY for
me and in my name, place and stead, to cast, at a meeting of the Stockholders of said Company
to be holden at the said Company's office in Sparkill, Rockland County, New York, on Tuesday,
the_____SEP 25 1900_____for the election of Directors of said Company,
and at any other time to which the said meeting may be adjourned, the number of votes to
which I may be entitled in the election of Directors, or in the decision of any other matter
that may properly come before the said meeting, the same as I might or could do were I
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation.
