Continental Energy Integration in North America: The Emergence of Nonconventional Fuels and the Restructuring of Integrative Trends
The economic and geopolitical implications of the United States’ nonconventional hydrocarbons revolution on energy markets throughout North America, including Mexico, and the possibilities for policy coordination in the region are explored in this paper. This paper is part of a Baker Institute Mexico Center research project examining the rule of law in Mexico and the challenges it poses to implementing the country's energy reform.
