Former United States Secretary of State James Baker III, professor of psychology in Rice University’s Psychology Department and Dean of the School of Social Sciences James Pomerantz, former Secretary of Energy and Chair of Rice University’s Board of Trustees Charles Duncan, assistant to the Rice University president Carl McDowell, and Rice University president George Rupp, walking through the cloisters outside of Lovett Hall.
