A couple of structures can be seen in the background, beyond the large body of flood water. A portion of a construction work road can be seen extending from the right-hand foreground into the distance. The photograph was taken by George Beach. There are two holes punched on the left and top side of the photograph. Original resource is a black and white photograph.
