View from the back of a second floor classroom in the Physics Building. The middle of the room contains six rows of eight straight-backed wooden chairs. The ceiling is arched and there are four hanging lights, the front two of which have ceiling fans. A blackboard and miscellaneous science equipment are in the front of the room. Arched windows are on both sides of the room, and the floor is tile. Written on the lower left-hand corner of the photograph: ‘02 rr.Irish Photo Co.’. Original resource is a black and white photograph.
Construction of the Physics Building started in 1913 and was completed by 1915. This building was later renamed Herzstein Hall.
