dc.description.abstract Photocopy of a letter from Gertrude Osterhout to John Patterson Osterhout. Gertrude wrote to update her father on life at school. Among other small news, she mentioned a couple of incidences with fire that may lead to the suspension of a girl and the use of Gertrude's camphor by girls who have gotten sick. Her brother, Paul, was working to raise money to bring a guest lecturer to their schools.
