Drawing of the third floor plan of a Rice Institute dormitory. This was later known as Baker College. There is an engineering legend at the top of the drawing and "Dormitory No. 2., Rice Institute, Houston Texas, Cram and Ferguson, Boston, Architects-Mass." is right next the legend. "Third Floor Plan, Scale 1/8"=1'0", Toilet rooms revised Feb. 7, 1914" is at the bottom of the drawing. Number 4 is written at the bottom corner of the drawing. Original resource is an architectural engineering drawing.
