dc.description.abstract The object was originally installed at the Hall Windfohr house, 1900 Spanish Trail, Westover Hill, Texas. The house is referred to in Howard Barnstone's "The Architecture of John F. Staub: Houston and the South" (1979) on page 324 and Stephen Fox's "The Country Houses of John F. Staub" (2007) on page 299 .

dc.digitization.specifications Images were captured using a Panasonic Lumix DMZ-FZ150 camera. Images were captured in RAW format and converted to Master Tiff images using Adobe Photoshop and Irfanview software, with 24-bit color, 300 ppi. Derivative files are JPG and JPEG2000 for images. All images were captured with a long side of 7 inches (not the dimensions of the materials in the collection.)
