Abstract
Commodore Will Hamilton show here with his nephew Brother Hamilton, was a dedicated member of the Houston Yacht Club for all of his adult life. He served two separate terms as commodore, owned the Crescent, the Victory-class Alerte, and had close ties to the Gulf Yachting Association.
Description
Brother Hamilton was married to Fairfax Moody Hamilton, the first woman to sail (and skipper) in the Lipton Regatta in 1936, making Gulf Coast yachting history.
