Scratched in the negative are the words Emergency Ambulance, Texas City, Texas, 1913 Higby Photo No 3101. On the recto side is a message and address written in pencil with a cancelled one cent stamp. The words of the message are either written in a foreign language or code. The postcard is addressed to Mr. Josephine Straka, 2606 Tumbull Av., Chicago, Ill.
