dc.description The two inch x four inch brown paper has printed designs and the words W.H. Eliot, Druggist and Apothecary, One Dollar, Houston, Jan. 1, 1864, Good for One Dollar. Receivable as Cash for Medicine. Redeemable in Confederate Notes, in sums of Ten Dollars and either the capital letter I or the Roman numeral 1. It is signed in ink in cursive W. H. Eliot. Recto side is blank.
