    Abstract
    Turner's manuscript covers a range of topics associated with the state of minorities in engineering, from 1928 to 1991. He discusses his own background and experiences getting into the engineering field and his reasons for creating the Minority Manpower Resources Project, among other topics.

    A manuscript written by Dr. B.A. Turner, who developed the Minority Manpower Resources Project (MMRP) in order to help recruit minority engineers to work at Johnson Spacecraft Center and, later, more companies.
