Letter from the firm regarding Watkin's employment contract in Houston and in particular with Rice Institute. Two documents were enclosed in the letter: Cram and Ferguson's "Schedule of Minimum charges for Professional Services" and "The American Institute of Architects Professional Practice of Architects and Schedules of Proper Minimum Charges".
