As soon as ready for sea
after turning over to this Commandant
of the Yard here all surplus
stores and to the Surgeon in charge
of the Hospital such medical
property as will not be required
on this passage North you will
proceed with the U.S.S. "Fort
Donaldson" under your commaud
to the Prt of Philadelphia _ report
to the Commandant of that Yard
also to the Navy Department by
letter- enclosing a copy of these
orders.
