The Deputy Secretaries of the State’s Legislative Assembly have communicated the following order to me on this date:
On this day, the newly elected representatives have become a part of and formed the State’s second ordinary legislature, in agreement with the laws pertaining to the matter, swearing according to the corresponding oath, and in agreeing to open their ordinary session on Thursday the 6^th of the present. – We have the honor of communicating this to you for Government intelligence and the resulting effects; simultaneously allowing itself to accept protests regarding our considerations.
