The Serene Generalissimo Admiral, in office since January 23 of last year, whom I received today, has communicated to me that he has deigned to make use of the Serene Governing Regency of the Empire, that for now, and while nothing else is mandated, I should continue in command as Field Marshall, the position I obtained in this Province. I communicate this to you for your intelligence, the government, and the following effects.
May God watch over you for many years.
