Abstract: Flag raising ceremony during a Sea Scout Regatta at the Houston Yacht Club. Visible in the photograph is the Club’s first signal mast which was located in a grassy area on the south side of the property. The Sea Scouts are using a temporary signal mast for their ceremony.
