Abstract: Ira B. Bryant received a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Southern California. His dissertation was entitled "Administration of Vocational Education in Negro High Schools in Texas." Dr. Bryant did undergraduate work at Fisk University and the University of Kansas.
Description: Program from the commencement or the graduating class at the University of Southern California. Commencement exercises were held on June 12, 1948 at the Coliseum, Exposition Park.
