dc.description The images included are the Shell Tower with covered wagon, a barber shop, a Mobil gas station, and a TG&Y.
dc.description.abstract These are black and white photographic images of Houston taken by Paul Hester, who partnered with Lukes in photographing Houston in the early 1970’s for the American Institute of Architects guide to Houston. The photo of the Shell building with the covered wagon in the foreground was a well known image at the time.
