L’Empereur me charge de vous dire : “qu’il désire que “les différentes personnes qui “en sont chargées achèvent com- “plètement complètement la loi organique, “pendant son indisposition, “afin qu’elle n’ait plus besoin “que d’une séance terminatoire.” L’Empereur ajoute : “qu’il “serait bien de mettre dans “les journaux qu’il souffre “d’une forte grippe.” Il désirerait aussi lire demain les statuts des ordres, demandez- en des nouvelles à Bombelles et voyez si l’on ne pourrait pas me les envoyer demain, quitte à les mettre au net après. Bombelles n’aurait qu’à mettre toutes ses idées sur le papier et le mieux serait si ce travail est suffisamment avancé qu’il l’apportât lui-même.

P.S. Mes deux fameux articles du mois de Novembre, ont paru l’un dans l’Indé- pendance l'Indépendance l’autre dans l’International sans beaucoup de modifications. Veuillez savoir de Loysel quand il me rendra la liste des décorés. et répondra à diverses demandes que j’ai remises par écrit dans le temps à Scherzenlehner Schertzenlechner . Avez-vous distribué les croix à Clary et Garein ? Quelle est la situation relative au Tecpan ?? Je remis à l’instant un exemplaire de ma brochure, pourquoi n’est il pas cousu, abîmé et non imprimé sur les deux côtés de la page ? Il y a de plus des taches.
